How To Access Your Vanta Health Guides

Your guides are included digitally with your order. Follow these steps to access them:

Open your Vanta Health email
After your order is completed, open the email containing your guide download link

2. Click the download link
This will take you to the page where your digital guides are available.

3. Click “Download Now”

Your Vanta Health guide package will begin downloading to your device.

4. Open your browser's Downloads

Once the download finishes, click the Downloads icon in your browser. It's usually near the top of your screen.

5. Open the Vanta Health download

Click the downloaded Vanta Health file. Your device may open it in your Files or Downloads folder.

6. Open the Vanta Health Keto Burn folder

once you click on that blue folder

Inside, you'll find all of the guides included with your order.

Open the 14-Day Getting Started Plan first. The other guides are there whenever you need them.

How to Download Your Vanta Health Guides

Check your email and open the Vanta Health guides email. Tap the download link inside the email. On the website, tap Download Now, then tap Download when the pop-up appears. Once it finishes downloading, exit Safari and open the Files app. Go to Downloads and tap the blue Vanta Health folder. Your guides will be inside.
