Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Times
Shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — make sure you’re subscribed to our email list so you don’t miss out.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date a zynocapsules@gmail.com, and we’ll work to make it right.
