If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. But if you’re within the 60-day window, simply contact our support team and we’ll help you every step of the way.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase so our team can verify your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item and processed your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
